Cinema display off-screen pixel problem :)

My new 20" ACD has a black dot in its otherwise perfect aluminum frame, which is visible from about 30 cm distance. I called Apple and they basically told me it's normal.

It doesn't really bother me, but I'm a bit curious how often this happens.
