Cinema Display Update?

Hi all,

How long is the life cycle of Apple Cinema Displays? The current beauties have only been out a year and a bit i know, but are they likely to get updated any time soon?

I think the likliest "update" you'll see anytime soon will be a price drop, which has happened recently anyhow!
What's so wrong with them at the moment?
A 17" (low budget) model is the only think I can think that would be a benefit.

EDIT: With the advent of HD however, we may start to see screens with larger ppi values, maybe! I don't really see it myself, but you never know! - I think it'll be at least 18 months until new Apple displays, but I could always be wrong - I'm due it!

i wasnt sayin there was anything wrong with them (far from it i fact!) im just about ready to get either the 20 or 23 and was wandering if apple was about to update them anytime soon.

I don't think it's very likely since they saw a price drop about 2 weeks ago.
