What server does Siri use to access cinema listings in the UK? Just wondering if I can access it and get an idea of how comprehensive its cinema search is?

Is your local cinema a chain (Cineworld, Odeon, etc.) or is it an independent?

Independent.

----------

It says it can't get showtimes in London, so it probably won't have any in the UK.

I also tried Bradford and Leeds, nothing.

I havent been able to get any cinema listings in the UK, Siri just says that its unavailable.

hmmm....that is dissapointing especially as it is listed as a feature in ios6 preview page (they even went to the hassle of changing the word from movie to film from the american page) perhaps this is a bug in beta 2 and worth reporting to apple?

Yes, it does say:

Films

Siri can help you find the latest flicks by location or show times. Can’t decide? Ask Siri to show you a film trailer or a Rotten Tomatoes review. Siri is also quite the film buff: Find out when a film premiered, who directed it and what awards it won. Or ask Siri which films your favourite actors star in, so you won’t miss any of their past or future blockbusters.

Could be that they just haven't added the information yet.

----------

It will tell you when movies are released but not where you can see them.

But doesn't the very first line of what you took from apples website say: 'Siri can help you find the latest flicks by location or show times.' Doesn't that imply that it will tell you when and where you can see them?
