Cintiq 13HD Touch For Photography

Lately I have been thinking about getting a Cintiq 13HD Touch for my photography post processing. I'm curious from those who have one what do you think of it. Do you use it alot? Does it help or hurt your workflow? Any major issues?

There's no place I know where I can check one out so just trying to find out about its real world use.

Im not sure if you ever used a cintiq before but the colors are horrible. The colors are not even close to when you put them on a good monitor. Cintiq is great for drawing and linework. slight modifications and such. I wouldnt use it for color critical things though.
