iPad Circular Connection Indicators

How do I get this tweak to work on my iPad air. I already got it ticked in winterboard. But it only shows up when I open cydia

Have you tried renaming or deleting /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.UIStatusBar? This was required on my iphone
