I'm writing on the behalf of all Mac users running windows on bootcamp.
Some non-english users may have detected the issue:
The current language is not supported...

After hours searching through the forums I came to a simple solution:
Extract zips in the OSX disk and manually install them.

The same principle can be used for all drivers in the bootcamp section on the OSx cd. On Windows right-click the self-extract file choose troubleshoot compability. Then select Troubleshoot program and tick: The program requires additional permissions. Also make sure that the self-extract file is on your computer and not on disk while doing that and that it has administrative privileges(Right-click, properties, compabilities, Run this program as an administrator.)

In this post I'm attaching an already configured drivers with some modifications for loudness (works on my MacBook Pro 13 inch 2.3 ghz, loudness is fair).

To manually install:
Go to :
Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > High definition audio device
Right-click > properties > drivers > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
Select the unziped file called: Nova mapa
Wait for the installation to end and if you're satisfied respond to the thread. :)

Notes:
My friend mentioned that he had no Sound, video and games controllers option. To enable that download any driver from realtek and wait for it to install. After rebooting into windows OS follow the instructions provided above.

I apologize for any spelling mistakes and if the solution was already offered on any other forum or if it failed to work.

*edit*
No need for manual installation. After unpacking you have in selected folder DPinst.exe and DPinst XML file. If your language is not supported just delete the XML file and proceed with installation. I am not a pro but it seems like the exe file bumps against XML to check the language for licence agreement.
