So I have read many articles and come to the conclusion that the current veriosn of the Cisco VPN client is not compatible with 10.4.x and the Mac Pro.

NOTE** It is only the Mac Pro that has problems (ie woodcrest processors)

My question is, and I have searched for an answer, does the Cisco client work in Windows XP Pro via Bootcamp?

i don't have a mac pro, but i do use a mbp. the latest cisco vpn client for osx works fine. only problem is ppp modem for vpn doesn't work yet. a fixed version of the vpn client should be posted this month. i also use the latest windows cisco vpn client in parallels and bootcamp with no issues.

like I said it is ONLY an issue for the Mac Pro's b/c they use the woodcrest processors.

Anyway, for those who want to know I installed Windows XP pro via bootcamp and the VPN works fine that way.
