My order autocanceled and I got the email 10.8 that my loan was canceled and initial payment would be credited in 5-7 business days. How long does it really take, and is there a way with email or online to contact them to inquire where it is? Thanks.
 
When I returned my first 11 Pro to my local Apple store, I received an email saying the same thing. I checked my credit card each day and the initial payment was refunded back to my card about 3 days after the return.

It all depends on your bank/credit card when you'll see the refund post to your account.
