Citrix ICA error

I am getting a Citrix Error that says:

SSL error 0: a network error occurred while connecting to "********.***"

it is error number 183

The techs have no clue what the problem is at work. I am running 10.3.9. Citrix client version: 7.00.402.

Any help would be great!
