Civ IV windowed mode

I run Civ IV in windowed mode so that I can keep an eye on other stuff on my desktop and cmd-tab out as needed.

The problem is that windowed mode sets the screen dead center. Is there any way to set it so that the window aligns top left or bottom left, etc.?

Can't seem to find a way to do this.

Don't know of a way to do that, but you do know that you can cmd-tab out of fullscreen Civ, right?
