I have a MacBook Air 13 with the following specs:

13-inch : 128GB
Specifications
1.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor
Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz
Intel HD Graphics 5000
4GB memory
128GB PCIe-based flash storage1

Would I be able to play Civilization V?

Should run quite well I think.. Just check if your 'Intel HD 5000' is a support card, if it is it should be playable on low/med settings

Runs fine for me on stock settings. Of course it gets warm and the fan kicks on, but that's expected.
