I deleted all my photos from Mac after backing them up on External Drive.

This should free up 230GB of my disk space, unfortunately I did not get any free space.

After launching Photos App, by clicking any icon on left window, I get a zero photos, but when I go down to projects, and click favorites, for example, photos are still there. I have no idea how to delete them.

Please help

If you don't want ANY photos on your Mac, then go into your user folder (the home folder), then to the Pictures folder, and drag the Photos Library folder to the trash.
Final step: Empty the trash.
I usually restart my Mac after deleting a large amount of files, but that would be optional for you, I suppose.
If your pictures are also stored on iCloud, or some other cloud storage solution, then you can easily retrieve those pictures later, even if you have deleted them completely from your local drive.
