Is it me or has anyone else noticed this issue...
Before I got Lion OS X, I could use clamshell mode without the power being plugged in. Dual screen mode works fine with and without it. The issue comes when I close the MBP. Where I wiggle an external mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake it up and use the external screen.
Now... I can't do that without plugging it into the power source. It only works if I plug it in. The issue I have with this is keeping the battery in charge mode while it is already fully charged.
Has anyone else noticed this problem? Has it always been needed to have the power adapter plugged in? If so, maybe I'm going senile, because I could have sworn it worked without the power adapter before upgrading to Lion OS X.
