Clamshell OSX install

I have a pristine tangerine clamshell stock and I am trying to install osx 10.3
It tells me to restart but after it restarts it reboots to the same page. I know the solution is simple but need help on in steps to install OSX on this fine machine.

buy the same page, do you mean on the install disk?

try taking out the cd when u reboot.

Are these the install disks that came with the machine, or are they for another unit?

purchased discs!, Yes the same screen shows. Could it be too little hardrive space to load OSX I mean these machines only have 3gb.
I'm perplexed but know it can be done.
Any other suggestions are helpful
It restarts right back to the same place on the desktop with the disc contents open to the the same asking for me to restart to begin installation.
