Question about the link above. If a country doesn't have a check mark by it for "locked to carrier" and "carrier doesn't offer authorize unlock" does that mean that the iPhone is sold unlocked?

The example I use us turkey And the carrier is turkcell
 
The table doesn't have enough info. It doesn't mention that the iPhone is sold unlocked in Canada, for instance, direct from Apple, though the Canadian carriers all sell it locked.

Is the iPhone sold in Turkey outside carrier shops?

My country sells the iPhone unlocked via apple, all other phones are locked to the carrier. It doesn't state that in you link.

If apple sells it online at apple.tk, then you get it unlocked.


...which reminds me that i need to get the micro-sim from my carrier...
