Clean ear speaker?

I've searched and came up with nothing, but is there any way to clean that little slot at the top of the iPhone where you can see a little bit of the ear speaker? I have an iPhone 5 and theres a bunch of pocket lint stuck in mine. Is it ok to just spray that canned air in there? Or is that too much pressure for it? And for the bottom speakers too?
