Hi I readied this article: https://www.macrumors.com/2011/08/08/apple-releases-utility-to-create-lion-recovery-usb-key/ that saying in the end that i can do a clean install with apple's recovery partition creator.

I want to know if it's the same thing to create the partition with apple's tool and do a clean install and access to Lion Recovery and do it from there? It's the same thing? i can do it with both ways?

the usb key is the same as the build in recovery partition if thats what you mean, the usb key was thought of for the people that got their macs prior to apple installing that built in recovery partition

Thanks mate.

no prob, both of those methods allow you to re-install lion from the boot screen, but they dont include the lion installer, meaning you would have to let lion download(3.7GB) when you attempted to re-install

you better option in my opinion is make a bootable dvd that has the full version of lion so when you wanted/needed to do a clean install you dont have to wait for any download and dont even need a internet connection

heres a link for making a bootable dvd(retail version of lion)
