clean install of iOS 7

My friend registered my UDID with his developer account. When I try to do a fresh install or even update to iOS 7 beta 1, error message says your device is not eligible for the requested build. What is going on?

Beta 1 is expired. Also, make sure you're using the correct file for your device.

just downloaded iOS7 beta 3 and fresh install from dfu and update attempt gave same error! wtf

Download iOS 7 beta 4.

Can your *friend* not download it for you from the Dev Center?

It could be a bad download of beta 3... i would have your friend download it from the dev center for you, thats what i do.

tried on another computer and beta 3 installed no problem. So it was an issue with iTunes. Perhaps, the hosts file was corrupted even though I checked and it was pointing to the correct apple servers, oh well. Updating to beta 4 now from device.
