Late 09 27 iMac w/ Lion and W7 installed.

I'm going to give this 27" to my wife and daughter when my new 27" 3.4 w 256sd arrives late this week.

On the 09 I would like to do a clean install of Lion and migrate all of my wifes and daughters settings from a Mac Mini. I already have a CCC copy of that sitting on a hard drive. I do not want to delete the windows partition as I dont have anymore "uses" left on my copy of W7. Also WinClone is not working with Lion.

Any help is appreciated!

Look more then half way thru that thread. Someone claims it won't effect your windows partition.

I did a clean install of Lion on the late 2009 27". Had no issues at all with the windows partition and all works well.

As long as you don't touch the Boot Camp partition in Disk Utility, you shouldn't have any issues clean installing Lion.

they are in different partitions. Clean installing osx on one partition will not affect the other. Just make sure you don't format the whole drive or something before you install.
