Clean Install of ML - Help with Wireless Keyboard

Hello,

I have a bootable usb with mountain lion but can't get to boot with it. I have a wireless keyboard and the computer doesn't recognize the keyboard while booting so I can't hit the option key while booting. How can I get to the usb boot screen to do a fresh ML intall?

I just figure out how to do this...

Go to System Preferences>Startup Disk and choose the USB drive. Then restart!!!
