I bought an SSD for MacBook Pro to replace its hard drive. I decided to do a clean install for the first time ever instead of cloning.

So I made a Mavericks installer USB, installed Mavericks on the SSD, and set up my computer as though it were new. I began downloading all my applications and transferring (manually) a few files.

Now my problem is this: I can see two MacBook Pros under iCloud Safari Tabs. How to fix this? I guess my more general question is: Am I supposed to "deactivate" my old HD somehow?

This is also making me think that perhaps I should've deactivated my iTunes on the old HD. I never read of this on clean install guides so it's really confusing to me. Any help would be appreciated!
