Upgraded over PB6 directly and had tons of issues. All got sorted out with a clean install of Yosemite.

1. Continuity was working only one way, now working both ways on all devices (cMBP 2012, iPhone 6 and iPad mini retina)
2. Mail - Exchange sync issues, seem to be sorted out
3. Notification center - Did not have many stock widgets, they disappeared. After re-install all back to good
4. Overall speed of the system also seems extremely good.

The advantage of course that I had was all my data is on a 1TB HDD on an optibay so i just had to re-install a few applications on my SSD (Office, lightroom etc.). But overall, all issues which were present in the upgrade have virtually disappeared on a clean install.
