Clean Lion install with iTunes Match

Hello everyone,
I'm thinking about doing a completely clean installation of Lion and just moving over my MP3 folder. I currently use iTunes Match, but I'm not sure what will happen when I do a clean install of Lion and link iTunes to iTunes Match. Does anyone know how I can keep my original files and not reupload a bunch of songs to iTunes Match?

Also, I have a jailbroken iphone that I've backed up to my computer. Is there anyway I can save this?
