Clean Lion installation. With Recovery HD?

Hi.

I have installed Lion from 10.6.8; and now I want to get a new clean install of Lion.

Should I use Recovery HD? Or reinstall from 10.6.4 with the iMac Mac OS discs?

I want a fresh and clean OS installation.

Should I use the the option that writes zeros all over the hard disk?

-Snow Leopard + 10.6.8 + Lion
-Recovery HD, format and install Lion

Which one is better, if I want a clean install?

If you want real clean install use either recovery partition or make up a lion boot dvd.
