I am selling my old 320GB HD on CL. I was wondering if I do a clean OS X install on it, will I be able to just pop it into the buyer's MacBook and have it running straight away? Will there be problems with my copy of OS X?

Of course, you are selling the disc with the hard drive because otherwise that would be a licensing agreement violation.

Yes, you can clean-install OS X onto a HD and then pop it into another Mac. I would recommend doing a disk erase, however, to remove any sensitive bits you don't want to share.

^^^^ theres a licencing agreement :| who knew dont bother selling the disk no one really cares who buys it just install it keep the disk yay no ones gunna find out and ur not gunna get arrested nor does anyone care
