Resolved Clean resinstall of OSX on MBA

Hello,

I changed the language/place on my mba to English/US, but there are still traces of my native language around, so I want to restore my MBA to facory settings/do a (clean) reinstall. How do I do this? If the two things are not the same please tell me the difference. I most likely want to do the reinstall

Do you have a lion usb stick or a snow leopard dvd (which you can access via a separate super drive). Boot up from the disk or stick, erase you hard drive using disk utility (make sure you back up!) and reinstall OS X.
