Clean restore + some files from backup

Hi guys, i have iPhone 4 32GB for 2 years and i have some issues with music player + display.

It wont turn off the display after any push notification even when i set it in settings. And now i have some problems with syncing music between icloud/itunes match/iphone. So I decided to make a clean restore because normal restore+ backup did help me with the display issue.

But i want to save all data from sms + notes + contacts. The rest of the settings arent that important and would be good to set them again.

Any ideas how to save this info easily?
