I've never used this tool, but based on the documentation it looks like some preferences are cached.

Some settings are saved in a .plist in the User’s Preferences folder using Apple’s defaults tool.​

per: http://oemden.com/sixty-four-on-thirty-two-sfott/privatetest/ -- Based on that, I would check your ~/Library/Preferences for something that resembles SFOTT, and either delete the entire SFOTT folder, or move it to your desktop -- that way a new set of preferences will be created on the next launch. This question might be better suited for a section other than Mac Basics/Help as it is a bit more technical than most topics covered in this area.
