Hello, I needed to clean my MacBook Pro to factory settings. I tried following a step-by-step guide as I do not know how to do this and my laptop is now not being able to install OS X Yosemite.

I was wondering if someone kind could guide me on what to do, I do not mind what system to install on my laptop as long as it works...

Here are some screenshots of Utilities and the reinstallation try of Os X.

Thanks in advance.

We need to know exactly which Mac you have, and what year it was made.

Have you tried "internet recovery"?
This IS NOT THE SAME as "the recovery partition".

You MUST use internet recovery to erase the ENTIRE drive.
Then you can reinstall the OS.

Internet recovery:
Command-OPTION-R
at boot.

When you get to the utilties, open disk utility first.
Looking at the first image you posted, you are NOT selecting the physical internal drive.
The physical drive is THE TOP LINE.
Click on that, and THEN click the erase button.

Choose:
Mac OS extended with journaling enabled, GUID partition format.
Does the drive erase now?

If it does, quit disk utility.
Open the OS installer, and try again.
The Mac will restart one or more times, and the screen may "go black" for a few minutes and then come alive again. This is normal. Just be patient.
