Cleaned an Apple A1048 Keyboard and now some keys don't work

I cleaned an Apple A1048 Keyboard and now some keys don't work. The USB ports work. I found a video on YouTube on how to open and clean it. I removed the individual keys and cleaned underneath with Windex. I removed the clear plastic bottom and unplugged the two ribbon cables that connect the keyboard to the base.

After it was all cleaned I put it together and now some of the keys don't work. Some that were working stopped.

Could there be moisture inside?
