Cleaner iPad 2 pics?

Are there any apps to clean up pictures taken on iPad 2 or an app that will simulate more megapixels?

I remember an app for the iPhone 3G in Cydia that would take 3 pictures and splice them together to make it higher quality. Forgot the name of it though.
