Cleanest way to 5.0.1 (3GS JBed)

I have a 3GS already jbed with 5.0 and unlocked with iPad baseband. Want to upgrade it to 5.0.1. Whats the easiest way? Or do I just have to backup and restore again? Thanks for your help

Use PwnageTool to create a custom IPSW. The most current version should be able to jb 5.0.1 untethered.

Backup in itunes and pkg backup
Custom firmware with redsnow or pwnagetool
Enter pwned dfu mode
Shift/option restore in itunes
Reinstall cydia packages
Restore itunes backup
