Cleaning a uMBP?

I want to clean under the lid (Keyboard side) of my uMBP, as it has got some kind of muck, rubbed dirt (From fingers) on it. And just want to know what everyone uses to clean that side.

I considered iKlear, but thought I shouldn't touch the bits where it can seep into the actual technical bits of the computer. I have microfibre cloths and will be trying them later.
