I am wondering - has anyone really used Magic Erasors to clean Apple Silicone cases long term? What are the results?

I’ve read a few posts that mention it here, but the outcomes are not clear. I love the way the cases feel when they are brand new and hate the worn shiny/peeling look and am trying to keep the cases looking and feeling like new.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know others who have used magic erasers to remove stains off the Apple Watch Sport bands (Which are made of flueroastamer) and it works Perfectly without damaging the band itself. Long term is hard to say. But It does work and I don't think it would damage the silicone case, but nor can I guarantee that either.

I think if you need an abrasive cleaner this would be the best choice - long term regular usage could probably lead to some abrasions on the case.

I swear by the magic eraser to clean my silicone cases for a few years and have never had a problem. I used to use rubbing alcohol but over time the case would lose its matte appearance and get too shiny.
