Hi guys,

I have a black (grey) iphone silicone case. Got some oily stuff on it (hair serum) how would you clean it? Just water and cloth? With the case feel the same as new if I do?

Thanks!

Try some Dawn dishsoap mixed with some warm to hot water. Use a paper towel. Swirl stain, rinse same way without soap. Stay away from felt material.

I actually just got the blue silicone case for my 6 Plus and I love it! But I was actually gonna make a new topic asking if people's cases are getting dirty. I remember that problem plaguing the leather cases last year.

But since this is the same material as the smart covers and the 5c cases, there should be some more insight on whether or not these cases pick up dirt easily and whether or not they're easy to clean.

I really like that blue silicone (Go Tarheels!). I would order one myself but I just overpaid for the midnight blue leather Plus case (also nice). Keep us posted on how it holds up to daily use. Maybe later I'll order one.;)
