I have compressed air. If there is a piece of dust under the screen, might blowing air when laptop is open around the edges help?

Prob not. I can't open it myself but there's some dust under the screen I want to get out.

Didn't think so. xD Pity. I hope if the dust somehow got itself in the middle of the screen, that means with time it will eventually go closer to the bottom.

Are you under warranty? They'll usually take care of this kind of thing as long as you haven't damaged the display in some way (dropping it so the glass separates from the frame, etc).

I always forget to answer this but no. Have had it for over 2 years, and we didn't get Applecare. Oh well! When I have more money on me one day I'll get a brand new one or a desktop. Dust happens with age.
