Which brand cleaning cloth /kit do you recommend I buy to clean my iPhone 7 screen and camera ?

Just pick up a micro- fiber cloth, they're like a dollar or two for a pack of three, dampen it if needed with water. No need to spend money on a "kit"

I can vouch for these. They are nice cloths.

Blindly using chemical cleaners, whether they're deemed "safe," required or not, is unwise, especially on coated surfaces.

A good cloth alone should be sufficient much of the time. if it isn't, use a damp cloth.

I've seen "safe" display cleaning solutions ruin the antiglare coatings on monitors.

An experienced detailer will tell you to only use product that's strong enough to correct a defect, but no stronger.

So I have 7 I used a lint free cloth to clean my screen and ear piece.Minutes later I lay on my bed And on the ear piece it shines something stuck inside with my ear piece via the light of my room.

Why does Apple recommend a Lint free cloth if it will cause such a thing?

I'm on replacement 3 used the same cloth and same issue.

Perhaps it's not from the cloth and something else. Dust is inevitable.

It is possible that the lint free cloth had nothing to do with it. The ear speaker grill has such fine mesh that is something did get by the tiny holes it would have zero effect.

You got to relax and stop staring at your phone looking for something wrong with it. What you see has zero effect on the operation of your device.

This again?!

Alex, if you keep getting replacements, Apple will tag your account. Might want to ease up on the Apple Store, you will regret it.
Tag they don't do that

The ear piece has gaps on each side that are open

Dust and lint always get stuck in the earpiece speaker grille.

Just accept it and move on. Your phone still works fine either way.
It's does but I have the rattling Taptic Engine here my video

@Newtons Apple its a design flaw the iPhone 6 and 6s plus I had no issues at all with this 7 yes

Ha, thats what you think. I had 6 iPod Touches replaced in 6 months. They would not give me another one, even though the issue was verifiable. They made me pay the OOW replacement fee.

You are playing with fire.

Btw: They do the same thing with returns. Too many returns in a certain period, you are not allowed to return anything.
