Ha, I bought an early 2015 MBP 13" bc I prefer the keyboard over the newer ones and it has some sticky keys. Really, it's not bad, but the space bar is hit or miss. Anyone have a suggestion? Maybe a spray or how to clean it? The mDPorts are also a little funny, temperamental. Thanks!

I had a used 15" and half of the keys were sticky. I tried compressed air, manually cleaning some keys by removing them...no lock. I end up buying an OEM keyboard for $25 on ebay.
Replacing the keyboard was not easy but it made a huge difference after.

Crap. Maybe I should give the compressed air a "go ahead" before doing anything drastic. It's not that bad, but definitely not 100%

You can pop the keys off and on the 2015 keyboard pretty easily. You probably just need to clean the rails under the spacebar. Some gunk has probably accumulated. Though hopefully there is no water damage to the machine.
