I have the notorious habit of eating while computing, so there is a few dots of what I assume is grease on a couple keys. Are there any recommendations for cleaning it off or will a damp paper towel or glasses cleaner with micro fiber work?

Rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip is a good all-purpose cleaner around computer bits. Be sure to turn off and unplug.

If is grease you need the regular dish washer soap. Just put a drop on a humid towel and clean the keyboard with it, the soap will cut the grease.

I have used one of those foam magic eraser cleaning things successfully. Just very very slightly dampen it and wipe.
