I guess i'm a little on the oily side...or maybe im just being picky but i've had my black MB for about an hour now and have already started seeing some marks on the trackpad. Its not that big of a deal, i mean its what i signed up for when i got the black one, but i was just wondering what people were using to clean it, preferably household stuff ( dont really want to buy a cleaning kit unless it was the absolute best thing). Any advice would be appreciated.

BTW mine runs a little warm, i havent run the Duo core temp program thing yet, but i'll figure that out this weekend.

Well, as the obvious first run, have you actually tried a damp cloth?

Otherwise, what a lot of people have been happy with for the iBooks is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (costs maybe 80¢) for surfaces other than the screen, and the aforementioned damp cloth for the screen.

I don't see an obvious reason why the magic eraser shouldn't get along with the matte iBook... try it delicately on the bottom, and if it's fine, then go for it. :)
