cleaning my 2010 mbp screen, keys, and unibody

So I've heard Iklear is good for cleaning the mbp screen even though i've also heard a simple damp micro cloth and a dry one those a good job.
What products/methods do you guys recommend to mainly clean my oily keys and unibody??
Also any other alternatives to clean the screen? Thanks
