Cleaning Oil from Palm Rest

This is a newbie question... but I need help since I already searched the forum.


My Palm Rest has grey marks from my not-so-clean hands. Could you guys please guide me on what to use to clean it and how?

Plastic or Aluminum body? Also, maybe wash your hands more often, its a good habit.

i've heard "magic eraser" can help, assuming it is a whitebook.

search magic eraser and macbook. it's been used ever since the whitebooks came out

If you've got a white MacBook then use a Magic Eraser. Nothing comes close to how fast that thing can clean the dinge off your MB or bath tub for that matter.

Not sure to tell you the truth. I haven't had to use it but once. The one time I did use it though it took off the grime in a few swipes.
