Just curious has how to go about deleting all pictures from iphoto and aperture libraries on my computer( as in deleting all pictures off my computer)

Be careful about deleting the entire Pictures Folder. You will lose all pictures except desktops. If you have "stuff" you shouldn't, yes, dump the whole thing.
