Cleaning Residue off Iphone Camera Lens

There is some residue on my iphone camera lens and I was wondering how to go about cleaning it. I already tried using the micro fiber cloth that I got with my Glasses cleaning kit and no luck. Im pretty sure the residue is from a little scotch tape or sticker my brother put on it.

Its an Iphone 4s model A1387 if that helps..

You can use glasses cleaning fluid with the microfibre cloth. Screen cleaner is good as well.
