cleaning rMBP

Hey,
Is it OK to clean the outside shell of a rMBP with a microfiber cloth and a little bit of water? Can it cause damage to the aluminum or any other thing on the machine?

No, that would be fine. Just make sure it is, in fact, a little bit of water so you don't risk it seeping into the machine. And be careful around ports, seams, and holes.
