Hi,

I have been cleaning my ibook´s screen with a dry cloth.

How do you clean yours, do you use something wet, what´s the proper way to clean it ?

Thank you,

Ignacio.

I clean my PB screen using the iKlear cleaner. It's like $20 at your local Apple Store or at the online store at that link and it comes with two chamois cloths and some cleaning fluid +extras. It works really well, imo. Good luck! :)

iBooks can get 'keyboard marks' really easily, which are often mistaken to be permanent. The best way to get them off is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser: http://www.shop.com/op/~Procter_Gamble_43515_Mr_Clean_Magic_Eraser_2_Pk_-prod-20382565

They work great and remove _all_ keyboard marks from your screen.

If you can't afford 2.49 for a 2-pack that'll last you forever, damp paper towels will work too.

Don't be afraid of adding water, as long as the computer is off and you dry it well you'll be fine, just don't use Windex...it'll take the anti-glare coat off.

Apple's take on the situation. I use water and whatever fabric I have available...it's cheap and I haven't had any problems.
