Cleaning the screen issue for MBP

Hi all,

i have a MBP early 2007 model. I notice what i thought initally was dust on my screen. When i tried to wipe it away with a mircofiber cloth and some water, its still there. I have also tried iklear which hasnt helped either. I also dont think its a scratch. Is it possible for dust to get stuck behind the screen? if so, is there anyway to get it out without completely taking it apart? or does anyone else have any suggestions on how to clean the screen?
