Hello All

I'm trying to clean up my MacBook Pro harddrive. I have photos and video from 2 iPhones and 2 cameras. Videos from the phones go into the iPhoto and I use iPhoto for my pics too. I'm trying to find where the iPhone pictures are on the computer? Also where the Phone videos are so I can put them on an external harddrive. I'm having a difficult time finding the videos and the iPhone pics to easily move to the external drive.

Any help would be much appreciated:

1) Where are the iPhone's videos on my computer?

2) Where are the iPhone's photos on my computer?

Thanks

Jeff

You should be able to easily find both with a search in Finder:

That's a good start, but the videos from the iPhone do not come up in the movie section of finder? In iPhoto they are there though?

The search I suggested isn't limited to a "movie section". It searches your entire hard drive for any video files, regardless of where they are.

Thanks again, but the movies that play in iPhoto are not coming up in that search? I'm not sure why and am trying to take videos from my phone to an external hard drive to free up space....
