Cleaning up my iPhone apps

I connected my phone to the computer, went to iTunes and reorganized my apps into a nice workable group but I'm not sure how to save the changes to my phone .... seems like in the past changes done in iTunes were transferred to the phone during the process but I haven't done it in a while.

Any help is appreciated.

I believe you need to sync the device (click sync button).
