I have a white iPhone 3GS, and the case that I've had on for about a year has let in dirt particles all over the back of the phone, and seems like it has rubbed them into the case of the phone. Without a case, the phone looks like it has brown specks all over the back, and I have tried scrubbing it with a damp cloth which did nothing. I would like to get all of this off as I am going to try to sell it soon, and I'm guessing I will be able to get a much better price with a clean back. Anyone have any ideas on how to clean off a white iphone?

EDIT: here is a picture of what I am talking about: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1361044/IMG_7370.JPG

I used some ceramic stove top cleaner liquid on my white iphone and that cleaned it up very nicely. Toothpaste might also work.
